I've been with Webair since I went to paid hosting, and they've been great to me. I was able to start with a very small package, and work my way up to what I have today. The upgrades were painless, and if I was upgrading, I wasn't charged any overages (if I had went over). Their support has been wonderful (both tech and billing). To my knowledge, I have only had one time of sites being down, and it wasn't lengthy.
So I'm a happy Webair camper.
