Don't let a programmer design your front-end pages!

I did that yesterday through their contact form (which by the way opened in a new window, and opened the confirmation yet again in another new window).

But I must confess: it was in the middle of me fuming about all these issues, so it probably wasn't the best way to introduce myself...
Then again: in all fairness - I had a very easy day yesterday and was in a really good mood until I logged into their webmaster section, so I guess they got what they deserved.

Just to make it plain clear:
I like all my link codes on one page, preferably in way that I can simply copy them into notepad/editpad and save as a txt file!
I like to get an overview of what banners are available, and I like to see the banners all at once! Sometimes I pick only individual banners, sometimes none, only when worth it I save all (at once).
I almost always build off-line, and don't want to have to log in just to get some stupid code and/or graphic/banner. Where possible I even use my notebook on the verandah, meaning I first would have to boot up my main computer to get something I could otherwise cut-n-paste in 30 seconds from my off-line folders (which usually are well organised as far as sponsors go).

re. SilverCash: they're hurting themselves - I find I mostly still advertise sites with codes and banners from before their upgrade to the terrible interface... Why? Because it's such a pain to get new things.
