Hi All,
Long time lurker, first time posting.

I travel for my 'real' job and get internet access by various means at the hotels I virtually live in for a few days at a time. I sometimes have to use aohell dialup, other times the hotel has high speed via LAN or wireless, and sometimes I am at home on my own satellite internet.

My question is, will this cause problems while submitting? More to the point, is it possible I'll be blacklisted when I'm noticed submitting under various IP's, but using the same username and e-mail? I've seen threads here and in other forums where IP #'s were talked about, also proxies. By my understanding my IP will change all the time depending on where I am, and I have no real control over whether I am using a proxy or not. (correct me if I'm wrong)

Second question - I've noticed most link lists do not allow sponsor hosted galleries, a few do, though it is usually pretty clear in the rules whether they are allowed or not. Perhaps this should be in the TGP thread, but I'm on a roll

If a TGP (or link list) does not have in the rules that they are prohibited, does that necessarily mean they are allowed?
