I am using
http://wizardsoftware.biz/freesitewizard.html which only adds recips to my sites and then you have to manually submit each site - it fills in the forms when you submit 'em, but it's really nothing different than using Roboform in a normal browser and I often have to fill in details myself + I check every site to see if it's filled correctly. I hope this is ok, if not then I will consider going back to doing it all by hand.
edit: or I could with your sites (hoes and sexysites) go into firefox, manually load your site and submit - but that would be pointless wouldn't it?
