Technical question when naming pages

Some of you may regard this information as too "valuable" but I think it's just a minute piece of the game so I would appreciate your input (privately or publicly)

Does anybody know if there is a different in using a ',' or a '-' or a '.' in the punctuation of the text in title tags in regards to keyword rankings?

Let me give a hypothetical situation and you can tell me what you think.

Let's say i'm targetting these's keywords:

Joe's Crackshack Dining Coupons

All other things held constant, would what be my effects on google keyword rankings if I put in the <title> bar the following options:

Title 1) Joe's Crackshack - Dining Coupons
Title 2) Joe's Crackshack, Dining Coupons
Title 3) Joe's Crackshack Dining Coupons

Which of the titles would result in the highest and lowest rankings for the following keywords:

(please say Title 1, Title 2, or Title 3 - or whatever applies)

"Joe's Crackshack"
"Dining Coupons"
"Joe's Crackshack Dining"
"Joe's Crackshack Coupons"
"Joe's Coupons"
"Crackshack Dining"

thanks
