You have to keep in mind that there are auto-margins too, so it's not just the set width. If you make them maybe 740 then it would probably fit ok.
There used to be a little program around called BrowserSizer that will make your window an exact screen size so you can tell before you submit.
Your HTML editor might also include a way to set a specific size (I know mine does, HTML-Kit)
