Not sure if you fully understand the situation but..... i'll put it in good simple terms.
Tommy is a businessman and he decides who he is going to do business with.
Whether or not you were always 100% on the up and up, you blew your first business meeting with Tommy.
He's decided not to do business with you.
Its time to move on and find other people to do business with, because tommy's door is closed.
I should also say that if you're business plan relied so heavily on tommy its probably a pretty shitty business plan.
