I don't have partner accounts, but if you're willing to pay for one, I'm willing to build you a personalized submit page.

There aren't many link lists that require partner accounts yet. Cleo mentioned hers. Fonz mentioned Tommy. There's only three others I can think of: JK's, MegaPorn, and someone I'm not going to mention cause it won't do you any good to know.
