Hmm this is weird. It actually appears to be a real email from Microsoft but I know that in the past people have attempted to pretend like the emails were from Microsoft before and attached was a virus. This looks like it's really from them.

Surely they wouldn't do that would they? It's sent from mfvtaglcattfw@updates_microsoft.com
