Fuck - I wish I was.
The day I gained .5 I ate a big tub of popcorn at the movies.
Yesterday we ordered food & I had a big sub - ham, turkey, bacon & even mustard instead of mayo.
I am working out a bit - doing sit ups (did 10 the 1st day - up to 35 today) and walking for 20-30 minutes on the treadmill - maybe I'm building muscle?
