Well, it's packed here now with tourists. Always lots of French here. Not sure why, but when I here their accent I sorta want to pick a fight with them. The guys I mean. The girls are just fine.
Regarding the tour thing. Well, it's a fairly competitive market. However, my "girlfrien'd" brother has a mercedes minivan and now contracts out to Vietnamese tourists. I told him that I could build a very nice website for him and easily get him business if he could learn more English/Japanese/French.
If you do come to VN, let me know and I will help you out. The people I know are good folks.
