If you noticed I said if it happened like he said and if he tried talking to the guy about it.
In other words if he hasn't already talked to the guy about getting his refund back than he should do so before taking any actions IMO. Personally I don't know exactly what happened that's why I said if it happened like he said and if he tried talking to the guy....etc
So I wouldn't do this unless I atleast tried to work things out before hand. I'm also not saying I would take these same actions but just saying if the guy ripped him off like he said and he tried talking to him and the guys still not willing to give him a refund than I was just saying that I don't blame him.
I might not would do it this way but I can't feel sorry for someone losing there paypal account if they where trying to rip someone off.
So like I said I wouldn't do this and/or he shouldn't do this unless he already tried to get the refund but the guy wouldn't give it to him.
So in other words I don't know what actually happen, that's why I said it was between those 2 but just saying if his story is true than I don't blame him.
Also sorry for such a long reply but to add to that my point was that I would give the guy a chance to refund my money before taking action with paypal as well as any other actions you might would take...etc
I'm not really one to get into these type of things when they don't involve me. So I don't want to make a big deal about it or anything like that. I just thought it was kind of hard to look at what he was doing as un-professional when the other guy was trying to rip him off.
