Last I heard it was still illegal to run this sort of site over here, and the D.P.P. were actively hunting down webmasters and sending them to jail (it makes no difference if it is hosted abroad, or if it is only for non British citizens, or both, if you are British, or living in Britain and the law has not been changed in the last year, they will go after you).
