RE:: "Judging from the response, I think that went straight over somebody's head" Yeah, that is the problem with speaking English on an Internet where most people speak American. You see a spelling mistake like that and assume it is just the usual "kindergarten spelling" that Americans use. Don't realise that for once The American spelling is same as the correct spelling, and the poster got it wrong.
