I can only say who's giving me most traffic, and my top 5 are:

1. Tommy's
2. FreePicsSex
3. Persian Kitty
4. PenisBot
5. Link-O-Rama

Another question, perhaps more relevant, would be who's traffic converts best, and that would probably be different for each submitter.
