Did it say that? I see it says "honest linklist owners .. willing to send mail. You can read it however you like.
As a matter of opinion think of this. A sponsor who collects addresses off of their join page and mails your surfer direct links.. is that cheating?
I guess to some people it is. They're getting at least some of your traffic and you get nothing in return.
I am one of the good webmasters. When I do business, I
expect business back. There is no other option.
