All he is doing is trying to find places to submit free sites to that don't just reject his sites, and not tell him. That's it...if you don't do it like that then there was no need to respond, he never said it makes you dishonest. But why should we submit to those of you that don't let us know? If we wasted our time doing that, and you reject our sites, for whatever reason, we would still be running your recip and you'd potentially be getting traffic froma site you rejected, right?
So, by starting this thread, he was simply looking for those of you that are wiling to do what he asked..if you don't, then you don't, no need to post your info then
