That may be if you feel that way, you have a right. However, it's not to say that if you don't send rejection mails you are dishonest.
If I send you 6 good sites and a) you review all but list none of them
or worse
b) you review 1 and dump 5 without even looking ..
Good sites we're talking about .. running your recip.. listed by other sites who are sending their traffic ..
Then we don't really call that honest business. And it's not because they just don't send out rejection mails, it's that they were either too tired, too bored or too whatever to even give a proper review.
Here's an analagy that fits close enough. Ok, all the TGPs popping up... You know that Russian Submitter (and other automated program) people work a lot of hours trying to toss out TGPs that do the same thing?
They just want that recip. It's not the same exactly, but close. Those are real cheaters, they never list a site or 100% CJ the ones they do list.
