Honestly guys, the title of the thread created this poor tone. OK, then why even post in this thread if you are one of the one's that doesn't send rejection e-mails? Just to argue? I don't get it...really...all we are looking for is people who will take the time to look at our sites, and if they reject them, just let us know so that we aren't running your recip....that is it.
You run your link list however you choose, if you choose not to let webmasters know that you rejected them and let them run your recip anyway, well, then, that says something right there I guess...
I realize everyone is soooo busy...but come on....
