add
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^http://(www\.)?google.com.*$ [NC]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^http://(www\.)?yahoo.com.*$ [NC]

Into your htaccess and you should be good to go
