Joe, there are some well established concepts that have evolved and would probably stand up in a court of law. You must always remember that the traffic on the tgp circuit belongs to the tgps and not the gallery submitters. Many tgps get thousands of submissions every day, and they have to select a few from this mass (most of which break their rules). In addition, they have to guard against cheaters that steal traffic and install malware to change affiliate link codes and things like dialers. It is a privilege and not a right to even get a tgp owner to look at your gallery, let alone list it.

There are also some rules about surfers visiting your pages. The surfer belongs to the TGP until he clicks on your site. That click is then yours, but you mustn't do anything to interfere with the surfers computer, or to make it difficult for him to exit back to the invoking page. This means that you can't re-direct incoming surfers, you can only geo-select their outgoing links (and some sites don't like that either).
