a couple thing I would reccomend

add more sales text around your banners, don't rely on your banners alone to get clicks (especially normal size banners which are getting blocked a lot or surfers just ignore them when they are stand alone) talk the site you are trying to sell up, tell them why they need to be a member and hit them with a good sales pitch before they get to your galleries

underline at least a small part of your sales text because that is what people are use to clicking on
