GG, as a side note, if you are doing exercise, especially treadmills or exercise bikes, it is very easy to put weight on because muscle is heavier than fat, and your legs have some of your larger muscle groups. So if your weight loss program involves that sort of exercise, you will be in better shape but you may not see as much of a weight drop as you want.
