It reloads when you do something wrong. I don't think PK has Preferred Accounts. I just got listed today and got one of the classic "Purrs and Claws" acceptance emails. (I love getting those, lol).
I should add that getting a PK TGP listing is some great traffic. One gallery page will be getting hits for a pretty long time after the first listing. I've had pages get good hits even months later.
