At that time I was long gone from OV. Long before the closing, OV stopped the traffic they were sending through the link list. As I remember OV continued to announce for new webmasters that 500.000 visitors were sent through the list a day.
But Trixxxi OV is gone but TB is there and have a great program going and that whats counts
