GR: On your system, check to make sure you don't have more than one copy of hosts file. That happens some times, they put a different hosts file in and change the registry to look at that version instead of the real version.
Also, if you are feeling REAL adventurous, search your disc for any file that contains the url you end up at and see if anything turns up.
NOTE: jokerp.com does not exist (is not registered) so I am not sure where you are ending up. Can you give the exact URL you are ending up at? You can do a trace route to see where you are actually going to.
Also, with adaware, make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the files. They update about twice a week now, based on all the scumware that is surfacing. Until you know really where you are ending up, you cannot search google to find a solution.
