Be sure you always have enough fresh fruit and veggies at hand and grab the high fiber fresh raw stuff.. baby carrot, redish, even sauerkraut full of vitamin C and so on.
One of my friends who is in wheelchairs due to an accident and was gaining weight fast recently lost 40 kg in 8 or 9 mo. replacing two of his meals with a herbalife shake and other herbalife supplements and was following the proper diet but he could have one normal meal every day.
The funny thing is that it is full of soy, dietary fibers, vitamins and minerals so if you take it as a dessert *after* the meals it helps people to recover faster from surgeries etc. I bought it for mom to roborate her and she liked it very much.
You have to drink at least 2 l of water a day if youur aim is weightloss... but it works.
