I just took a quick look and ended up at
Susan's page and I couldn't find where I could order her panties at first. After some searching I found a tiny tiny "Purchase" out to the left. If it were me, I wouldn't make it so hard to find.
If I have something to sell, I make it easy to order. No need to overdo it with huge flashing things. But I would add something in the middle that is very noticable.
Another thing might be that everything is in GBP on your order page. If you get a lot of US surfers they might get confused how much £56 really is in $.
I like your site though, it's nice and clean. But I would add a little more selling to it
