Blogger is the easiest and fastest. Featureless but easy.
Wordpress is the richest and most feature filled. also the most detailed when setting it up.
so depends on what you wanna do really, if you want features it'll take you a bit to earn it. With blogger you're ready to go in less than 10 minutes.
Wordpress is very good for multiple posters though. Not sure how blogger does with that.
