Hehehe...oh, I'd love to. I'd make an excellent absentee landlord.
We purchased this house as a two family 6 years ago and moved immediately into the lower apartment. There was already a tenant in the upper. Those people proceeded to drive us crazy. The day they moved out was the day we started converting it into a single family residence. Monster mistake, btw. Rents have doubled in the last few years.

I've hinted at converting it back, but the wife will not hear of it. She just wants to sell and run. We
should be able to sell it for twice as much as we bought it for due to the increase in property values. This is, of course, assuming I ever finish the cosmetics.
