Useless info on my dieting over the last year:
Started dieting last June after the Mid West Gathering in Chicago when I weighed 212 & I was 185 after the summer, when I started to slack off. I was actually 196.5 when I started dieting this time, so I had lost 2.5 pounds before this contest started.
So, all told, I've lost 30 pounds in the last 11 months  |
