I have been a webmaster for a few years promoting affiliate programs and never ran my own paysite until now. It's a solo amateur site of myself, I said I'd never do it, but my husband and I decided to go for it. Since I already had been doing websites for a few years, I do all the designing, SE promotion, content placement and all the grunt work and my husband gets the dirty deed of taking my pics. I offer a few free cam shows a week and add new videos and pictures and charge a competitive monthly membership price when compared to similar sites. So far it's only been online a month but I already have a few members. I know that's not a huge accomplishment, but I was surprised to have ANY members period. Especially so fast. Anyway, since I'm shy, LOL, I am not giving out my amateur website on the webmaster boards just yet LOL. I prefer to keep it separate from my regular affiliate sites :-)
