Get both feet out quick. I just had to dump a host and it was nothing short of hell to get rid of them and trying to get a refund from them almost gave me an aneurism.
They were down for 2 days, gave me every shit excuse, and kept saying the server was going to be back up in 30 minutes...it took 2 days. The tech support was some guy that couldn't speak English and he understood nothing.
Now they're saying there was no downtime and trying to nickle and dime me on a refund.
