I think it looks really nice
One thing that I would do is to shrink the pics to 600 on the longest side instead of 800. That way you wouldn't need to compress the pics so hard to get them to a decent size. Right now the girl in gallery 1 has a tendency to get a mustache in some of the pics which is a sign of over compression
