There are different categories of "free site"...

For instance, Greenguys Link-O-Rama is the type of free site that tries to get people to bookmark it and come back day after day.

But here we are often referring to "freesites", which are very formulaic sites, similar to pamphlets, which are built and submitted to a free link list site like Greenguys.
