IF by some bizarre twist of fate (and I don't have to remind the Swedes about bizarre twists now do I?) someone is having an off game or a VERY lucky goal, then they are done.
Let's also realize this: the Europeans didn't sit on their asses while the North American boys did. They played on the larger ice surface while "70% of the North American players played scratch the nuts."
My point is this: the stronger and more physically fit team will win this tournament and if your North American, you will be disappointed if you think its either Canada or USA this year.  |

Sweden MUST beat Latvia tonite or else Finland will not make it to the playoffs.
And I am not so sure that it will be a easy thing for our boys to do. Latvia played 1-1 against Finland the other nite.......
