What might get your site rejected is the "enter here" text on it..
and the way I review for my site and what another LL owner said about blindish looking banners with thumbs and we agree.. Is if there is text under the banner then most times its ok and the banner says the pay site with the thumbs is ok, but then again if the banner is on the edge of blind and the site doesnt have unique content then it gets rejected..
