As a rule of thumb, if they've got your ref code and you make money off of them, they're sponsor links.

Any link that doesn't tell the surfer where they are going is a blind link. For example on the first site: "Jiz, Cum, Spooge - These Girls Don't Care What You Call It As Long As You're Making Them Drink Every Drop!" This makes no attempt to inform a surfer that it's a paysite link, so it's blind. If you'd worked in "at paysite.com", "take the tour" or something like that then it wouldn't be blind

When a monitor is set to 800x600 there are margins created by both the HTML on a page and by the vertical scroll bar, so in order to prevent a site from scrolling horizontally at 800x600 resolution, the actual width of the page needs to be 740 or less to be safe.
