That's a blacklist as soon as I get to it in the review que. I've already had to BL a couple other submitters for repeatedly submitting that crap after I consistently declined it and told them why. Obviously it's set up, but IMO on stuff like that it's the crowd you're targeting that needs to be considered, not whether or not the content is or isn't what it's promoted as.
