OH one more thing if he is on the GS pay series tell him to try and get listed under a 2210 status. His boss will now what it means. It's an extra 10k a year just for being in that feild. IT. Also for the next 1 1/2 he will receive step increases in pay which will amount to about 2500 every 6 months plus the congress mandated 4% every jan. It really is a good job but as a dad listen to him when he tells you its stressful. No one in my family thought my job was stressful at all. They just saw a 20 year retirement. Im serious now. For your sons best interest listen to him when he says he needs a break.
