He scammed me too. I'd love to take legal action against him.

I gave him $340 on April 3 and was promised that I'd get my sites on April 14th. Didn't get them. I caught him on ICQ on April 22nd and he told me that he'd been ill and was behind one week and promised to get me my sites in the next week. He never delivered and doesn't reply to email.
