i'm not a "guru" & i haven't run a paysite in a couple years but this was always key for me. that personal touch keeps'em comin' & they feel sort of bad about not supporting "you" (your host/hostess) when they go to click that cancel link. that personal touch is what cats will pay for FOREVER imho

this is a technique i've thought about & i'm going to try for my upcoming sites. but i do feel pricing makes a big difference in keeping a member. when anything over 30 bucks shows up on someone's cc bill, wives notice, they personally notice... it starts becoming a "dent" in your budget @ that point. "big" sites have $30+ sites because they have other expenses to support. if your affiliate program isn't "huge" or u just don't have one, try an odd price between 25 & 29 bucks. i think you'll see a difference in retention
