In a prior life I was the webmaster/technology chair (ha!) for a small town's chamber of commerce site. The leadership really hated it when they'd ask if I received the pics and docs for updates and I'd tell them 'No, I don't receive attachments'. They disliked it even more when I told them that I only accept attachments from computer literate people. Oh well.
