This is a little trick I picked up from GG many months ago:

You can have index.html, index.htm, index.shtml, warning.html, warning.htm, and warning.shtml in the same folder with all your content. Just make sure to add the filename on all the submissions and you don't have to create a ton of folders and mirror the content (for some LLs). This gives you 6 warning pages (good for up to 72 LLs) in the same folder
