Who doesn't like lesbians? Certainly not a no-no. More of a yum-yum.
As far as your other content questions, the category you submit to should be relevant to the sponsor you are promoting. If it's an ebony paysite, then submit it to ebony. If it's a toying site, sub to toying/masturbation. If it's a general babes paysite, you might want to submit to nude babes, but the reviewer will likely push it into their ebony/black category.
