I do it by hand with the help of whatever windows remembers in the form fields after the first few submits. Seems to save me enough time. A page of bookmars to actual submit pages can shave a few but I normally go right through the recips on my index pages as a final check they all work properly. Keeping a record of each site and it`s details is a good idea too. What sponsors were used, where it was submitted etc.
