It would be kinda nice to have a small office there. Not sure about the prices on them though. But I think I would be staring outside the window all day and not get shit done
But an apartment is a tad higher than in the prime spots of the city, $1000 and the most expensive one is $3000 (huge penthouse). Ouch!
