As is pretty well known we do little Custom Exclusive content. But even on this content there is no option to release IDs and models details to affiliates.
The shooters that go this route may find less models working for them and I would advise you check the model release before you give out his/her IDs.
Speak to a lawyer and ask if the model release allows you to divulge her personal information.
