Why would you say that?
Maybe to you, a paysite owner with hundreds of sets, losing the use of 40 sets is nothing, but to the rest of us working stiffs losing any purchased content is a noticeable loss; especially if you've used it for free sites or galleries. It's not just a matter of pulling content out of a CMS from a paysite. I'm going to start calling you Daddy Warbucks is you think throwing money away is no big deal.
