My guess is that you intend on purchasing his ranch where he breeds red buffalo. (Which would be great for you since a red buffalo is just the crossbreed of a can of red bull and a dozen buffalo wings.) You originally offered $1,000,000, but in your generosity you lowered it $500,000.
